Double-wall vacuum insulation is the reason to carry steel rather than plastic. Water packed at breakfast is still cold after practice; cocoa poured before a morning game is still warm at halftime. Milk and juice work in it too, which a plain water bottle cannot say.

A straw you can pull out
The silicone straw comes out and the pony lid detaches, so the two parts that get dirty wash separately. The included brush reaches the inside of the tube, where a sponge never goes. Screw the lid back down and the seal holds through a backpack ride.
