Six and a half inches of lift
The 6.49-inch height is matched to toilets in the standard 14 to 16 inch range, which covers most fixtures in American homes. Measure yours anyway. A seat outside that band changes the leg angle the stool was drawn for, and a stool at the wrong height is just an obstacle in a small room.
