The largest of the kitchen sets. A 22 lb dispenser in food-grade PP with an integrated sealing ring does the bulk work, releasing grain down a sloped slide at the press of a button. Four twist-lock canisters at 0.7, 1.3, 1.8 and 2.6 quarts handle the rest of the shelf. The cup that ships with the dispenser has a trick to it.

The cup is graduated, so a portion is a portion. It is also drilled with strainer holes: measure the rice, rinse it in the same cup, tip the water out through the base. The sieve stays in the drawer and the sink work gets shorter.
0.7 quarts for baking powder and spice blends, 1.3 for nuts and pasta shapes, 1.8 for oats, 2.6 for flour. A graded set beats a matched one here, because pantry contents are nothing like the same volume. Each lid twists down onto a silicone ring.
Inside the dispenser the grain travels down a sloped track to the outlet, so one press gives a controlled flow rather than an avalanche into the cup. Nothing packs into the bottom corner, and nothing has to be dug out with your arm in the chamber.
Built for a pantry shelf or a run of counter where the dry goods currently live in bags and clips. The dispenser stands against the wall and the canisters stack in front of it. All of it is food-grade plastic that takes a rinse, and the clear jars make a labeling project unnecessary.
