One button opens and closes
Press to release the lid, press again to seal. There are no clips to line up and no thread to cross with floury hands, and the silicone ring does the sealing work once the mechanism pulls it down. The flat tops are what lets one canister sit on another.

Four sizes, eight containers
Two of 0.37 quarts, three of 0.74, two of 0.9 and one of 1.9. The big one takes flour or sugar with a mouth wide enough for a cup scoop; the small pair suits coffee, tea, or the spice you buy in quantity and then lose at the back of a cabinet.

Lids that come apart to the ring
The lid disassembles. The silicone ring lifts out and the pop-top mechanism separates, so the grooves where sugar dust collects are reachable with a brush. Put it back together and the seal works as before. Most sealed canisters never let you in that far.
Where it lives
Dry goods on a pantry shelf or in a cabinet, stacked with the big AS canisters on the floor and the small ones riding on top. The bodies are clear, which makes labels optional. Food-grade AS plastic throughout, BPA-free, with a silicone ring seated in every lid.
