The rating is per basket and two come in the pack. That covers a sack of potatoes in one and canned goods in the other, which are the two loads that otherwise occupy a counter permanently. No screws anywhere in the arrangement.

Produce sits in moving air
Onions and potatoes rot where they cannot breathe. The hollow basket structure leaves the floor and sides open, so air moves around the produce instead of condensation collecting underneath it. The painted wire wipes clean on the rare occasion that something leaks through the floor of the basket.
