Four casters that turn, then stop
The wheels swivel 360 degrees, so the bin pivots instead of fighting when you pull it around a table leg. Lock them once it is parked and it holds position while you scrape a pan into it one-handed, which is the moment an unlocked rolling bin usually chooses to slide away.

A mouth wide enough for boxes
The top opening measures 12.59 inches across. Flattened packaging, a melon rind, a bundle of bottles: the things that catch on the rim of a narrow bin and need a second hand to push through go straight down into this one.

Sixty liners in the box
It ships with 60 trash bags, so the first stretch of ownership is covered before you work out what size liner the bucket wants. The inner bucket has a handle, and that handle is how a full bag comes up and out without you reaching down the sides after it.
Where it lives
Kitchens and laundry rooms, where a bin moves during the job and parks the rest of the time. ABS and PP plastic, with a removable handled inner bucket you can wash properly. The raised legs leave open floor underneath, so a broom or a mop passes through without the bin being lifted or shoved aside first.
